WHAT IT IS

A real-time, multilingual sign language translator that translates sign language to voice and text. Available on Windows 10 OS, the Hands Can Talk app learns and records full body movements (not just hands) and was initially designed for the business environment to facilitate conversations at points of sale and service areas.
